Ingredients
- 250g Cacao butter pieces
- 250g almond, cashew or macadamia nut paste
- 100g maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 60g cacao powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 150 - 200 g roughly chopped roasted nuts and or cranberries, roasted pepitas, flaked coconut
Instructions
- Melt cacao butter over low heat.
- Add nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, cacao and salt.
- Stir until well blended and smooth.
- Add nuts, fruits and coconut and blend through.
- Pour into a lined baking tray and spread out evenly.
- Place in freezer for 20 - 30 minutes until set.
- Cut into pieces and Enjoy!
