Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultation
In an Ayurvedic Consultation, your Ayurvedic Consultant takes a complete medical and lifestyle history and performs a physical evaluation that looks at the body both as a physical system as well as a field of intelligence — reflecting the needs and choices of a person’s life.
Abhyanga (Ayurvedic Body Massage)
Ayurvedic Massage is based on ancient Indian principles of Ayurveda and pressure points, designed to heal the body and create a balance between mind, body, and spirit. The word “ayurveda” is a Sanskrit compound: ayu, meaning “life,” and veda, meaning “knowledge.
Garshana (Ayurvedic Dry Lymphatic Massage)

Shirodhara (Ayurvedic Warm Oil Head Therapy)

Nasya (Ayurvedic Herbal Nasal Therapy)
A therapeutic treatment for the nose, throat, sinuses and head. The face, shoulders and chest are massaged with herbal oils that induce perspiration, and herbal extracts/oil are gently applied to the nostrils.
Karna Purana ( Ayurvedic Herbal Ear Therapy)
Warmed oil is gently applied into the ear followed by a massage of head and jaw bone. It is a magical technique to clean ear wax and increase hearing power. It is also beneficial for tinnitus, swimmer’s ear, Meniere’s disease, and acoustic nerve weakness.
The main objective of ear candling is to stimulate the body’s energy systems by working on the acupuncture points in the ear and the peripheral lymph system. It is also effective in such conditions as sinusitis, glue ear, excessive wax and relaxation.
Yoga & Meditation
Yoga classes include the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation.
Meditation is a method of training in awareness and getting a healthy sense of perspective. Learning to observe thoughts and feelings without judgment. Taking time to be present through mindfulness allows for clarity and peacefulness.
Remedial massage is a complementary therapy which aims to treat muscles that are damaged, knotted, tense or immobile. It is useful for a number of problems that affect the muscles, tendons and bones.
